• If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced accordingly, but you will be charged the full service price
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price
• No-shows will be charged the full service price
• For wedding bookings and large group events, our specific wedding contract terms will apply

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, results may vary due to:

• Individual skin types and conditions

• Product interactions with your unique features
• Environmental factors

We will work with you to achieve the best possible results, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Payments and Pricing

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are:

• In British Pounds (GBP)
• Inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subject to change without notice

The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of booking confirmation.

3.2 Deposits

For certain services, particularly weddings, special events, and group bookings, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

3.3 Payment Methods

Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and we do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

For corporate clients and special events, we can provide invoices upon request. Payment terms for invoiced services are 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct expectations.

4.3 Photography and Social Media

We love seeing and sharing our work! However, please note:

• We may take photos of our work for our portfolio with your consent
• If you share photos of our services on social media, we appreciate proper credit to Elite Visagiste
• Please respect the privacy of other clients and our staff when taking photos in our facility

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
